Australian Hotel — Restaurant in Sydney

First of all I was absolutely shattered and clearly living under a rock to learn that this beautiful pub had been refurbished! However after the initial shock of seeing the new and improved establishment I must say it is certainly a well thought out and modern touch to Windsor. The beers are $7.50 which is average priced when this pub has an upper city vibe to it yet still has all the riff raff of the western Sydney culture. A place you can happily take your family for a meal and the only reason I give a 4 star review is because I didn’t sample the meals. Staff were accommodating and the vibe was rustic with plenty of space and a well rounded atmosphere. I don’t normally single out staff members as they all have their place in the community, however Beth needs a special mention due to her above and beyond attitude and attendance. A good example of a new and improved venue that clearly has the potential for growth and success. Can’t wait to return for a meal...

Actually Australian hotel, I was here on Friday with some of my friends for dinner. Why make up false stories about negative feedback you receive online. I was never banned or have been banned and did not “abuse” your staff. I’m good friends with some of your staff and in general would never abuse someone to the point where I get “banned”. I found the atmosphere great but sorry but your food and drinks are disgusting! My lemonade was actually Soda water. Your menu is limited and overpriced especially for the portion sizes you serve, my friends cocktail had a bug in it, and my burger was so dry it was impossible to eat. There are no bar mats at the bar which causes guests to get covered in all sorts of liquids not to mention the safety hazard it caused on the floor. The fact that you make up false stories when given negative feedback is unprofessional for an establishment like yours. I would definitely not be coming back or...

Should be renamed McGrathes Hill Poker Machine Club. Not much in it for me, as l dont gamble with my money.

How could the owners get it so wrong, very expensive pub food , local beers $7.50 + a Surcharge for the pleasure of using tap and go for a eftpos tap and go transaction.

Will continue to go to Windsor MacQuarie Arms hotel only 900mtrs further. Steak / chips / salad $14.50 Tooheys beer $4.50 happy hour

When the novelty wears off and 5 degrees winter sets in see what happens.
