I recently had the pleasure of dining at McGraths Hill Chinese, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. This hidden gem exceeded all my expectations and left me with nothing but five-star praise.
The first thing that struck me was the impeccable quality of the dishes. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the skill and dedication of the kitchen staff. From appetizers to the main course, everything was top-notch. The quality truly stood out.
But what impressed me equally was the quantity. McGraths Hill Chinese doesnāt skimp on portions. Itās the kind of place where you leave feeling fully satisfied and still have leftovers to take home. This makes it an excellent choice for a family outing or a group gathering.
The ambiance at McGraths Hill Chinese is cozy and welcoming. It feels like a small, tranquil oasis, perfect for a relaxed evening with loved ones. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
One thing that deserves special mention is the freshness of the ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite. Itās clear that they take great care in sourcing their produce, ensuring that each dish is bursting with flavor.
In summary, McGraths Hill Chinese is a true culinary gem. If youāre looking for exceptional Chinese cuisine that offers both quality and quantity, this is the place to go. I canāt recommend it highly enough. Iāll definitely be returning for more delicious meals and, of course, nothing but...

I asked for some fresh chili in the szechuan, which is normally met with a yes but lack of spice as soon as they look at me. Not these guys, they provided the goods which left me sweating and smiling.
Great little hide away local.
Edit Went there a second time during dinner time on a Tuesday. Dishes didn't have the same love as before, tasted mediocre. You could basically mix the dishes together with a spoon and achieve the same level of taste. The young lady at the front counter was a classic, dismissive teenager in comparison to the energetic owner. Had to ask for the free drink. Prawn chips stale. San chow bow filled with gristle. Just sad. I generally test a place before buying it for loved ones and this order made me...

Obviously we'll give them another go but it was very disappointing. But the service isn't up to standard, they seem bored & as if we are a bother but closest to our place. I noticed on the menu a free bottle of 1.25 drink with ordered over $45 but in the 3 times we've spent over $60 it was never offered. As it...
