Update on the response by the restaurant: if thats the case please dont accept customers after 8pm you shut off the aircon while we were eating, it was hot and unpleasant. We felt rushed indirectly. You coudlve waited till 9pm, the time youre meant to close to shut the aircon? Our long wait time comment is accurate last visit it did take up to 1 hour. Instead of arguing against us we hope you use this feedback to provide a comfortable dining experience for your customers
Disappointing experience betong restaurant, Macquire field specifically with: Long wait times: Having to wait at least an hour for order. Rushed service: Feeling like the staff trying to hurry you along, even before the stated closing time. Poor communication: Difficulty getting responses from the staff, especially when you asked about the early cleanup. Inconsistent hours: The website stating a 9:00 PM closing time, but the staff starting to clean up and turn off the air conditioning earlier.

Worst experience Had to walk away because of their behaviour
I will tell you the experience We went there and sat to browse the menu and after placing the order I asked for table water and she refused straightaway and said i will get it with the meal if i buy which didn’t make sense (also i saw her family eating behind us with table water but they left shortly after) since no thai restaurant does that. shortly after that, i noticed the cockroach on the plate and i felt like not making a huge deal out of it so i changed my table and sat in another table which was a table for 4. she came with a attitude and said “you cant sit there “ There were no customers in the restaurant anyway i mentioned that as soon as she started an argument about it And when I pointed out why I changed the seat she denied how the cockroach got there and acted like its not a huge deal . We booked the table for 7pm, we arrived 5 min before 7pm. We ordered the food no later than 7:10pm. We waited until 7:50 before asking how long do we have to wait for food more. The first answer was your food is cooking now, I even mentioned that of it’s going to be long wait let us know and we can just leave now. We waited another 20 min, around 8:15 I asked again after that our first dish came. After that even though we mentioned in order very clear Vegetables and tofu and no egg in any dishes. First time they brought us Satay stir fry vegetables and we said we ordered Satay sauce noodles. After that they brought us noodles with egg. So frustrating, no apology in any communication.
