Second time to eat here. The food is very nice, however the restaurant is poorly managed with a lack of process. We had a booking for 11 and another family had a booking for 5 and the staff couldn't find our bookings. We waited over an hour for entrees and twice I had to enquire where the order was up to and no one came bs k to me, before finally they responded to my mother in law when she threatened a walk out. They were attending to take away orders and completely ignoring in house dining.
