Great new addition to the lower mountains. The curries are delicious and the selection of spice heat is accurately reflected in the flavour you get. We got a hot chicken madras and medium lamb saagawala and there was ample meat portions in each.
Only thing is they could improve staff knowledge on, and provide more information about, allergens on their online and in restaurant menus. It’s really hard to order when you have dietary requirements. Most Indian food being gluten free by nature is great but to be sure, you really need some more information. The first night I tried to order was a Saturday night and was rushed off the phone being told “there is gluten in everything”. I found this really hard to believe, and more likely they didn’t want to take the time with us on a busier night. It was only after a positive review from someone else about their GF options that we tried again on a quieter night. We had to talk to a staff member and explain to them most Indian curries are GF before they eventually got another staff member to talk to us instead who could tell us what was unable to be eaten.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant recently. I ordered Paneer Butter Masala and specifically asked for it to be made extremely spicy. However, what I received was sweet and tasted almost like Thai sweet sauce – which is completely opposite of what I requested.
I brought this up politely with the staff member who served me, and she went to the kitchen to inform the chef. To my surprise and disappointment, instead of addressing the concern, the chef reportedly responded with, “If they don’t like it, make it yourself.”
This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to a paying customer. I had expected better customer service and some willingness to fix the issue or at least acknowledge it properly.

Read moreWe have had food from this restaurant before and loved it, which is why we ordered again. The waiting time would go down then up again. We ended up waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours. We ordered through Menulog. The potato bonda were nothing like the ones we'd had before from the same restaurant. The onion baji were undercooked and the onion cut coarsely. The spicy chicken entree was a collection of tiny chicken bites with chips instead of being three boneless pieces as listed on the menu. The butter chicken was okay but not like actual butter chicken. The naan was undercooked. It was as if everything was rushed although it was very late. Not a cheap meal which would have been fine if it tasted like earlier meals. We will order from elsewhere...
