Boba bear and eatery — Restaurant in Sydney

Ignorant, arrogant bad staff. I was surprised and disappointed, because Ive been once before and it was lovely service! Food n coffee is good too! But, you are paying for it so thats fine. However. Today, i stopped in and after looking over the food, I waited no less than 4 minutes before leaving. One lady was deep in conversation with a regular and after giving him his order, walked out to talk with him and a table of regulars - not 2 meters from me…and was looking stuff up on her phone to share with them. Another lady walked from the front, past me, out to the back, and was talking with someone out there - I was in clear view, and she had glanced out and seen me waiting. BEST CAFE IN THE MOUNTAINS. Thanks to the OWNER Maryam for your AMAZING customer service looking after me and my family even whilst you were on your own and the shop was busy!! BEST HOUSE MADE FRESH ROLLS and the kids said your bubble tea was the best they’ve had!! Coffee was beautiful too!! This cafe is hands down the BEST I’ve been too!. This place rocks! Fantastic energy with friendly and beautiful staff who make you feel welcome ❤️ And that's not even considering the amazing food! The juices and smoothies here are the best in the mountains. Sandwiches and toasties are to die for! Lots of options for everyone. Keep doing what you're doing guys...
