Don't leave a tip because after asking 4 staff members if they get the tips, they all stated the owner keeps the tips.

Food is pretty bland. They replace pumpkin with carrot if they run out of carrot which makes some dishes taste weird. If they can stick a potato in something to avoid more expensive ingredients they will. Ordered chicken curry and received 50% curry juice, 2 slithers of chicken and POTATOES. Soooo much potato I could have started a farm.

On random nights you'll be told they accept cash only for payment. Last night I went to pick up take away and was told cash only when I got there and only had my CC so had to drive home and get cash and drive back which was a 50 minute round trip. By the time I got it home my food was cold.

If you order on a public holiday or even on other random days, they charge a 10% surcharge. You're not necessarily told you'll be charged this extra and after asking 3 different staff if they get penalty rates they responded no so don't know what the 10% running expenses I'm paying for.

I won't be back after last night's payment drama and because I feel like everyone is getting ripped off who walks in the shop...

Customer service is nonexistent. The two girls on front counter would rather take selfies then server customers. Order food for take out spend well and truely over $140 dollars said the name for the order and then the supposed server said no order existed and questioned whether we had order from this Thai place. We quoted the price we paid for the food and they had put it under a completely and different random name and then the two so called servers just laughed and the so called owner did nothing. No apology nothing. So if you would like to be treated less then human come on down to the Thai square...

as a 62 year old widow who doesnt go out much to eat, this thai place was life changing!!! a lovely, young, charming girl named lilia served me (i asked for her name LOL) and she was wonderful with customer service!! A great worker if ive ever seen one!! i ordered my food but due to my old age, i couldnt digest it all... so lilia gave me a take away container upon request andf i took it home to enjoy for later. Too bad i ended up spilling it all on the floor at home 😢 LOL!! see the photo attached 😂n 10/10 amazing food...
