Breeze Valley Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

There are lots of reviews regarding the quality of the food and coffee but I found the quality of food and coffee to be variable. Service wasn't so great when I was there and it wasn't busy. There were quite a few tables with dirty dishes left behind from previous diners. I combined a couple to make a clean table to sit at. I was dining in but the iced cafe latte was served in a plastic cup with a plastic lid. Quite unnecessary. I thought that $8 for two slices of toast was just over the top and $8.50 for the latte was also expensive. The fish and chips was just OK, but the fish had an unusual flavour. The smoked salmon was delicious. The hot coffee was OK. It had a nice flavour but was only luke warm and even though we ordered weak it was still quite strong. Overall it was a bit underwhelming. I purchased several items from the cafe's online store as the prices were reasonable. After several days I was informed by email that part of my order was not available and I would be refunded. I responded immediately to cancel the order as I needed all the items. I was then informed my other items had been sent and if I wanted a refund, I'd have to return items at my expense + be charged other fees that were unclear. Further attempts to contact the business did not receive a response. I am giving this experience two stars because: The website suggested items were available that weren't The business didn't attempt to contact me to ask what I'd like to do given items were not available The business seemed to think this way of doing business is perfectly acceptable.

I recommend this company to anyone that wants a great service and even more great coffee. The coffee and machine subscription is the best way to go especially if you have a budget or cannot afford a coffee machine outright . Breeze Valley i would have to say are the best company they are helpful and kind .The machine delivery is so quick you get it delivered the same day as you sign up for it .
