It was my first visit to the Fox Cafe recently, and I think it is a pretty decent local cafe. Highlights from my visit: Service: We were greeted warmly by the lady behind the counter, and she was very friendly when I was paying. The wait staff was alright but not the friendliest and quite different from the lady behind the counter. Order is placed with the staff. Payment: Can be by cash or card. 5% discount available when paying by cash. Food: The beef burger tasted ok with the sauces and ingredients. The texture of the patty had more flour, which was not too much to my liking. Fries were crispy and nice, though. As for the eggs on toast, it was alright too, but nothing special about it. Drinks: The coffee was decent. It was good that they didn't burn the coffee. However, the sticky chai was quite weak compared to many other places. Decor, cleanliness & layout: The cafe has both indoor & outdoor seating. Inside, it is pleasantly warm. Tables & seats were well spaced with some seatings in booth style. The tables and cafe in general were clean. Overall, the cafe had an earthy theme, which creates a warm ambience for its patrons.

Overall, I think it is a decent place to check out, have coffee,...

Visited this café in Wahroonga and ordered the Viet beef salad, the Euro breakfast, and the açaí bowl. The presentation of everything was beautiful as you can see in the photos, they really do take care with the plating.

The beef in the salad was flavorful and well-cooked, but the rest of the salad was a bit underwhelming. The açaí bowl was refreshing and visually stunning, but taste-wise it was just okay, not the best I’ve had but nice. That said, the Euro breakfast was a hit, my dining companion really enjoyed it and it looked delicious.

Service was friendly and the café has a relaxed welcoming feel to it. Nothing stood out as amazing, but it’s definitely a solid spot, and I’d be open to returning. Maybe I just didn’t pick the best...

It used to be our family favourite cafe since we moved to Thornleigh in 2020!! Unfortunately not any more! We had lunch in this cafe after Xmas break. It looks like the entire team, menu and even chef are new! We have been seated and after 5 min I myself grabbed the menu. One of the staff kid was laying down on the couch and playing video game very loud which was so unusual. The food is not even comparable to what it used to be! The tomato in my chicken wrap was green! And my husband schnitzel was overcooked. They forgot to bring the drink and we had to remind him to bring it. The staff were so busy to chat outside no one even came to check if we need anything. I’m so disappointed with my today’s experience and never...

Really wonderful food last Saturday. We enjoyed the Cajun prawn entree, I've never eaten anything like this style of prawn before and it was delicious. Lobster risotto main and fettuccini marinara main both wildly delicious. the risotto was flavourful and cooked to perfection. For dessert we enjoyed the creme brulee and my all time favourite panacotta which was devine. All beautifully presented. My only comment would be the wine wasn't chilled which we were told about, and it was put in a bucket of ice which I had to ask to be filled to the top so the wine would actually be cold for us to drink. This was provided with no fuss and we enjoyed our bottle of Pinot Gris. Thanks we will be back!
