Liars are running this store My husband and I ordered 6 tenders, 10 hot and spicy WINGS, large coleslaw, gravy and hot chips. When we got home we noticed that they had given us 10 drumsticks in the box (First of all literally no one prefers drums over wings) My husband called and complained and the worker proceeded to gaslight us and tell us that the drumstick is part of the wing Well yes the breast is also part of the wing and the thigh part of the drum it is all, at the end of the day connected to the same chicken Teach your employees that the wing consists of the flat and then the wing tip. Don’t advertise 10 WINGS for $15 if you’re going to go ahead and fill the box with 10 drumsticks which are known to be a cheaper cut We asked for the managers number (scare tactic so they know to stop lying) they then proceeded to read out a fake number because when my husband asked them to repeat it they gave a completely different number In short there’s a bunch of incoherent running this store when I called to place the order I spoke to what I know was about 3 different woman and had to repeat my order every single time. If you guys were sold out notify customers next time don’t just chuck something in the bag hoping they...

I never be ordering from here again and will never recommend your restaurant. If I could give you no stars, I absolutely would! I am so disappointed and frustrated with the service here. I have ordered here 3 times, exact same thing and EVERY TIME THEY GET IT WRONG!

1st and 2nd time I ordered 2x fish cocktail boxes plus 2x extra cocktails AND specified please give me 12 fish cocktail total! I pay for 12 but always receive 10!! Honestly, I couldn’t convey the order any clearer, especially in person.

Today being the third time, I ordered through Uber where their listing says the box comes with 6 fish cocktails. 2 boxes which I assume now comes with 6 cocktails and STILL got 10 instead of 12.

You’re just charging people without delivering the product they’ve paid for and when someone informs you every time it’s has happened and you have no solutions!! I can’t imagine how many orders you have gotten wrong because you don’t read peoples...

I tried Broaster Chicken for the first time at Glenfield, it was nice and crispy on the outside and so deliciously juicy and tender on the inside. I never had fried chicken that tasted this great! I had 2 pieces normal and the other 2 pieces spicy, and their spicy was truly tasty and spicy! The order may have taken a little while, but it is definitely worth the wait!!! For me, they have truly out done KFC! As with KFC after several hours I find I feel very heavy in the stomach, the oil Broaster Chicken uses to fry their chicken must be of a very high quality oil, as I felt great hours after I ate their fried chicken. If I could, I would give them more than the usual 5 star rating! I highly recommend Broaster Chicken Glenfield to anyone that loves fried chicken. Their fries tasted incredibly amazing as well! The staff were also very friendly at the Broaster Chicken store in Glenfield. I will be definitely coming back for more fried...
