Collective Studio — Restaurant in Sydney

Our experience with Collective Studio Photography has been a tumultuous one. There were periods of unprofessional service throughout the entire experience. Preparing for a wedding is stressful enough and having the most important day of your lives filmed and photographed is something that no couple should have any worry about. Unfortunately Collective Studio and OOTOZ Productions lost footage of our reception video. Neither party took responsibility for this issue and played the blame game on each other. My husband and I were taken around in circles about how this issue came about and no solution was offered until WE actually had to ask for a refund. Not only this, our pre wedding photos were forgotten about and no one turned up. Emails were not responded to and general communication was poor. For paying thousands of dollars you would expect top quality customer service which we did not receive. The company seemed too preoccupied with other endeavours and did not prioritise providing a professional service. The compensation for this experience was all asked for by us and not taken upon the company to alleviate the stress and heartbreak they caused us after the wedding. It is such a shame as our photos and other parts of our video were actually fantastic and to have it end so sourly was a real disappointment. Trust is broken and we can never get these moments back. Please Collective prioritse your customers and communicate with your videography company to ensure this never happens to...

From the beginning the Collective Studio team had been nothing but professional, kind, patient and above all, talented. The on the day team were so lovely, professional and adaptive. We all enjoyed being under their guidance and being a part of their creative visions!

We have received back already our sneak peak shots and we couldn't be more happier and impressed! Nick has done an amazing job. We look forward to receiving the final photos and our video!
