Colyton Seafood & Takeaway — Restaurant in Sydney

i have been going to this place for years, it is easily the best takeaway in colyton and maybe even the best takeaway place i have eaten from. i haven’t gotten anything in awhile, so when i found out they were on ubereats, i RAN. everything on ubereats is priced very well. some menu items aren’t specific with what is on it, but there is an option to add order notes… and they actually read them! here’s what i ordered today. mixed kebab: the order notes came in clutch here, there was no indication of what came on the kebab, so we just wrote what we wanted and didn’t want. kebabs are a bit smaller in size than if you buy from a kebab shop, but it tasted AMAZING. medium chips: i asked in the order note to put chicken salt… check! and the chips are HUGE. and they are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. schnitzel burger: honestly, i was stuffed from just this alone. it had two layers of chicken! and it was very yummy 🤤 battered sav: certified good classic - can’t go wrong. please do yourself a favour and support this small business that i have been eating from since i was a child, you won’t be...

I've never liked fish. I was raised not to like fish. But since I've moved here from the states, I decided to try getting into this country's staple. I've tried it off and on hoping to like it. I really put in the effort hoping to find a place I'd like. This is that place. I'm addicted. I now come here at least once a week if not 3 times a week for their battered fish. I can't stop craving it to the point that I dream about it if I go too long without a visit. The fish is flaky, the batter is crispy and soft on the inside. It's everything I imagined battered fish to be. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Some fish lovers might disagree but I absolutely love it. The prices are also fantastic. After the new people have taken over the place has gone down hill massively

I have been there three times since the take over and every time is a disappointment

I understand taking over a business is difficult so have reserved my review hoping that they would find there feet But that hasn't happened
