Country Club Gledswood Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

I waited over an hour for our food, when the buzzer first went off it was only my wife's pasta ready, it came out cold and dry like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I was told to return to my table and they will buzz me for my steak, I sat down for about 5 minutes and then I got buzzed, I went up to the counter and was told to wait for my steak at the counter, after waiting for about another 5 minutes I got my steak. I sat down cut into my sirloin steak which I ordered medium and I received it as blue steak (it was only seared) My wife took it back as she was at this stage very annoyed as she waited for my food to eat and hers went dead cold. Upon bringing the steak back the lady was very helpful, she told the chef and they put it back on the grill, meanwhile leaving the chips and vege under the heat lamp. My wife noticed this and kindly asked for the plate to be fresh with new chips and vege. I went up to my wife and told her to go and eat her meal as by this stage her meal had been sitting at the table for 20 minutes without her touching it as she waited for me. I then further waited at the counter for another 10 minutes for my steak to come and it still to be medium rare and not medium. We both ate our meals seperately and not together, as my wife finished hers by the time mine was ready. And further more the rest of the family had finished there's. Overall with all of this including the wait times, we waited for 1hour and 20 minutes, for a cold pasta and a steak that wasn't cooked properly. I am very disapointed by this and didn't even get compensated for the inconvenience or the wait as the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. Furthermore my mother inlaw ordered the beer battered dory ( fish ) which to her shock was full of bones. We told the girl taking orders and she just said oh well and shrugged us off.

Growing fast more and more new members almost every day, becomes very crowded and busy. Some annoying members. It's a family club and everyone is enjoying spending good time there. They need to educate some members who play the machines to consider others when they hit the play button and other buttons as well. The amount of noise is unbelievable. Some machines are very loud and some are mute,why is that? I am wondering what the job of the security officers is? I saw some chatting with the players for a long time while some members were very loud and use inappropriate language or a bit over the limit. Some members were walking in the club with their hats on and no one tells them anything about the dress code???!!! You put signs for no parking but a lot do not follow them, what do you do about it??? I come every day to the club but from now on I will be coming once a week.Members who play the machines give me a headache,as I mentioned before they do not respect others just banging the machines very loudly. Some members leave Some cents in the machines and there are other members I noticed they collect all the cents left and walk around . The management needs to stop them . This is a very annoying act. Lately I noticed some members park in the disabled parking withat the permit and I feel sorry for the elderlies who really need these parking spaces. No one check anything I believe. Some members buy raffle tickets without any limit. Some members swipe more than three cards using the giveaway machine. It should be only to the members who are present in the club. I think no one reads this...
