When I visit cafes I go there to experience the owners background, the owners heritage, the experience of something new, new cafe, new people. We got told to visit this cafe a few times because friends said it was just amazing and the reviews certainly second that, however in this case they were wrong. When we got to the cafe, my wife and I were hanging for a coffee and something yummy, nutritious and filling. We were disappointed BIG TIME. My wife ordered the Holy Moly smashed avo, surprise surprise it came without avo, you can see in the pictures, it wasn't alot and for $21.00 safe to say she was disappointed. I ordered the Pumpkin and halloumi salard, there was alot in it and I'm normally asking for extra sauce but this salard was drenched in pesto dressing, i also got chicken added. I also ordered the protein shake which was on their specials board however we were told they don't have any protein powder. My wife also ordered a juice and it was probably the only good thing she said. My coffee was also pretty good.
Overall it's a 2, because they didn't have items on their menu and still advertised it. And didn't put essential items on a dish that we ordered.
So 2 stars. I also have found out they now have new owners so maybe that's where the...
Read moreA cappuccino done right, perfectly thick, fluffy foam, and made with almond milk! The coffee itself was spot on.
The menu made it hard to choose, so many delicious options that I already know I’ll be coming back. I went sweet this time with the French toast, and it did not disappoint: brioche with cinnamon, infused butterscotch, fresh fruit, and almond flakes. Total treat-myself moment! Next time, I’ve got my eye on the shakshuka, it sounds like the perfect savoury option.
The French toast was dense in the best way, filling without making you feel heavy, and the fruit added such a fresh balance. Even the edible flowers added a fragrant touch.
Service was excellent with smiles all around and staff who really make you feel welcome. I grabbed a piccolo to go, and it was super smooth. A lovely experience from...
Read moreStaff were super friendly the moment we arrived! Decor here is also lovely, very nice hidden away spot around the medical centres and such. Parking on the street would be harder later in the day but if you're there early, Digitaria Dr has a few spots along the road that aren't No Stopping zones. There's also a parking area for the complex but we didn't try going underneath to see how many spots were there (most seemed to be parking on the street). It got impressively busy by about 8am, lots of gym goers in the centre come here afterwards! Would recommend locals give this place a try. They have a Signature Coconut Cake that sounds amazing, we weren't able to try it yet... so good reason to return! The cafe might sound familiar as they're also in Campbelltown Mall...
