Daily Garden Chinese Take Away — Restaurant in Sydney

After tonight’s experience I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will be looking for another Chinese takeaway. I don’t think front of counter has changed that much since I worked in this industry, patron courtesy is a big thing and the sour face rainbow coloured lady had the worst attitude. If she broke even a small smile or even had some sort of customer service skills I seriously missed it. I tried smiling and everything and nothing a jail would have more skills. This restaurant doesn't deserve a rating! By far the most unempathetic service I've experienced, I was told so bluntly that I couldn't order my meal until I was off the phone, it was the only greeting I got and the only words I received, meanwhile I wasn't talking I was placed on hold by the other party on the phone, so I thought that it was a perfect time to order food while on hold before starting class in 20minutes. I’m blown away to see this restaurant has five star reviews, I had to go back and check it was the same restaurant I just ate at. Maybe it was under different management then, but it was by far the worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my life. My kids took one or two bites and left the rest of their food. We spent $100 on four people, what a waste of money. I honestly wish I gave it to the homeless person outside and went home...
