I recently visited a lovely Italian restaurant that caught my eye with its unique decor - it's fully adorned with the memorabilia of the famous Italian soccer player, Allesandro Del Piero. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a date night or a family dinner.

Now, let me tell you about the food - I was blown away by the delicious pizza they serve here. Not only is it generously sized, but the toppings are also perfectly balanced with a mix of meat and veggies, and the sauce is just the right amount of tangy. If you're a fan of risotto, you'll be pleased to know that their version is cooked to perfection with a subtle hint of truffle oil, which elevates the flavors.

But my absolute favorite dish was the Boscaiola pasta. The creaminess of the sauce combined with the perfectly cooked al dente pasta makes for a heavenly experience. It's the perfect dish to satisfy your pasta cravings.

What's more, this restaurant also has a great selection of Italian liquors to choose from, and their gelato and cakes are to die for. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you'll definitely want to save room for dessert.

Ordered take away on the website. I chose the online special on the website and was given a time when the order could be picked up. When I came to Del Piero's (a couple of mins later than the stated collection time), it became clear that they hadn't even started cooking the order although the website showed it was ready for collection. Staff wasn't friendly at all and gave zero updates about what was happening. The special deal that I got on the website for some reason didn't go through the system and I only got my pizzas. When I mentioned the deal, I was told I could pay extra on the spot for additional items that were meant to be included in the deal. One Pizza was great, but the other one didn't really have any sauce.

Last night I popped in for dinner with my mother and sister. It was a relaxing environment with very nice staff members who greeted us with warm smiles. Whilst we didn’t have a reservation, they accommodated us in the outdoor dining section which was awesome. Both the drinks and food took an abnormally, but not an annoyingly, long period of time, which was due to human error. Everyone else received their food quickly so I would not treat our wait time as a reflection of their service speed, rather an isolated incident.
