Appalling treatment tonight will never buy from this store again despite it being closest. Terrible pizza looked nothing like it should, crust had burnt patches, it had more oregano on it than acne on a teens face. Was not told all meat toppings over the phone when asked and when I took the pizza back two minutes after reviving for being a) poor quality and b) with toppings I didn’t want they threw it in the bin, refused a refund refused a new free replacement pizza and the manager not only hung her young staff out to dry but lied about the phone call, and said she would offer only a 5% discount on replacement pizza. I’m not paying for two when I haven’t eaten one. Manager owner says I’m not dishing out free pizzas to everyone that doesn’t like a pizza … i didn’t ask for multiple pizzas, I only asked for A free replacement pizza. Also argued about the burned crust and refused to retrieve to prove it. Customers shouldn’t have to take evidential photographs of their food in case it’s required. Manager/owner calls customers she and he not “the customer” is rude and demonstrates no leadership, and certainly no customer service skills. My 5 yr and 7 yr were tired and literally in tears to be waiting for dinner for such a long time. I called the Mount Colah store several times either to be told that I need to wait for food and there was nothing they could do about it or put on hold for long minutes so that they could check with the delivery driver. Finally the calls were getting dropped after being on hold. When I called back again, they never bothered to pick up the call. After several attempts finally a team member called Kat answered who was the only person who helped with the status of my order. She reassured me that she would give me a call back in 5 minutes and surely she did and was also assured that the refund for my missing item will be done too. Thanks to Kat who was the only person who was responsible out of all the team members I spoke to. Horrible experience and I don't think I would ever think of ordering again from Mount...
