Domino's Pizza Spring Farm — Restaurant in Sydney

I placed an order through Menulog tonight to deliver to Grasmere. It said it was supposed to be here from 6:30-6:50 but it got to 7:30 and I still hadn’t received the order despite the Menulog app telling me to enjoy the food as if I had already received it. Upon calling the store, they told me they don’t accept deliveries to Grasmere at all, despite the guy on the phone reading out multiple other addresses of Grasmere orders from tonight to check if they were my order. The manager on the phone told me they declined the order, yet on the menulog app earlier it told me the kitchen had accepted the order and that it was coming. The manager told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’m disappointed the store did not call me to tell me the order wasn’t coming at all, as I was completely unaware of this. I paid $55 and waited for an hour and now will have to go through Menulog to receive some kind of refund, yet still...

Would give this place a 0 if I could. Dont waste your time going to Domino's at spring farm ordered delivery at 6.09 for 3 mini pizza boxes rang up at 7 asking why the food hasnt even been put in the oven! Waited another 45 minutes for it to get delivered for the driver to be very rude and not even a sorry. Went to give the kids their food and one box was completely empty and clean nothing was put in. Ring up and ask them to make it again they said they would get straight on it and deliver it again. Went to the supermarket and got some groceries partner rings up 8:36 and said I'll beat the pizza home it's still not there.

Went into the store for about 10 workers standing there having a chit chat and laughing at me when I complained! For the food to be sitting there for god knows how long. The manager or not one of the workers apologized or offered a refund. Absolute...

I normally never post many reviews, but i have had enough with Domino's at Spring Farm and I will not be ordering from them again. It's now been on 3 occasions that I have attempted to order a vanilla shake, only to be told that they either ran out of ice cream or the machine isn't working. I have heard that they say this to the customer so that they don't have to clean the machine again, as they probably cleaned it earlier in the night so they just casually lie to avoid making you a shake.

They generally stuff up my orders, for example when I have ordered delivery, on 2 occasions, they actually failed to deliver my order to my house. Only reason I have been going/ ordering from there in the past is due to the convenience that they are in spring farm. However, this is the last time and I won't be ordering from Domino's at Spring Farm...
