Just had the worst burger from here, I’m not one to complain and I have always loved this burger place! But I went in and ordered a chicken schnitzel burger and with in a minute it was ready. I live a 2 minute walk from the shop and by the time I got home to eat it, it was cold and the chicken was very rubbery! The lettus was all brown and the bread was stale! So over priced too! I know I will not be going back anymore as this is the second time I have received uneattable food!!! Very disgusted! They served me raw chicken. When I asked for a replacement they questioned the chicken and reluctantly took it back. When I asked for a refund they sarcastically asked “are you sick?” to which i responded no, but I just ate raw chicken. They then replied, “you show us a medical certificate and we will give you a refund.” His snarky and rude tone was a disappointment as I am a loyal customer of many years. He has lost not just me as a customer, but my whole friendship group. Quiet sad actually.
