Today’s service was a shocker. I usually come in here for a coffee, possibly breakfast - however the blonde server today was in another world. As I approached the counter, they turned away ignoring me. Apparently I’m not important enough - then after finishing something else they then asked for my order, looking absolutely unenthusiastic without a care. This would stop anyone from returning anytime too soon. I have two cards going one is my partner when using both over serval months 4 times a week they add up we leave the cards in car and can not always find one so you start a new one ,this morning I was asked where do I get all the stamps from for a free one.they do add up I used my card last week for a free one,that card was finished so we used my partner's card on monday, and asked that rude question as if I was stamping myself, that was insulting not how to treat people that was low and bad taste should have respect. shore not recommend ing your boss...

Outstanding customer service! The little things matter like iced table water, bringing a sealed cup for my toddler to drink from, checking in to see if we need anything else. Then there’s the food 😍 amazing, best cafe food I’ve had in years!
