Spoiled my day and wasted my money. At arround 1pm I sat myself on their comfortable table and chair. Ordered a chicken pie, caramel latte. They served me the caramel latte in a miserable paper takeaway cup. When I drink it, was like warm water with coffee flavour. Hardly no caramel flavour. I received the chicken pie on a small plate. it was disgusting, still frozen in the middle. I just walked out and found another good tasting coffee inside the shopping centre. I don't know if my taste for coffee has been refined over time or if this place's coffee has gotten much much, much worse, but I remember once upon a time - about 10 years ago - having good coffee here. I went back the other day and the people making it looked like they should probably be doing something else. My taste buds confirmed what my eyes observed. Everyday I go to get my coffee im delighted to see the smiles on the staff who welcome you with genuine warmth and happiness. The coffee is prepared with love and that's what makes it taste even better. Other coffee shops just see you as a number but here you will find next level service. Thank you for making the morning coffee run a pleasure and not a chore. Shout out to Grisha, Harshi, Sarah and the team!! You are superstars! Wish I could give more...
