Third time is a charm Never again this one!
I am a fan of guzman and I've been to many of their restaurants. But this one in Seven Hills is simply worst and I will never be there again.
Unfortunately because this was the only guzman store near where I live and I've been there three times for the benefit of doubt. It was consistently bad all three times and I will tell you why.
First time, I ordered ahead using the app. I was there about 2 minutes after the order should have been ready according to the app. I arrive and ask the staff who says it will be ready. I waited for further 15 minutes and it's still not ready. I ask the staff (Indian manager this time) who says it's being prepared. No apologies at all. Mind you the shop wasn't busy either. I wait for another 10 minutes and it's finally ready. The same Indian dude gives me the bag and I said it's been 30 minutes and he replies, well we are busy. Again no apologies. On top of that, there were no fork, serviettes and nothing. I had to go back to get them and this same dude almost throws them at me. It took almost 40 minutes from the moment order placed.
Second time again I ordered on the app. This time, again it takes them about 25 minutes for the order to be completed. I ordered burrito bowl, nachos and some chips. This store compared to the others serve much smaller portions of everything. About 2/3 compared to other stores. There were about 5 chicken pieces in there, and the bowl is mostly filled with rice. One can guess the manager may be skimming stock as other guzman stores are certainly not like this.
Third time today, and I decided to write this review and never visit this store again. I thought it might be the manager or staff or day of the week etc as they were consistently slow and bad in service and smaller portions. But today, they proved they were consistently bad.
I ordered online at 2:32pm. The app says it will be ready at 2:42pm. I arrived at 2:45pm and go to the counter to collect. Two ladies at the counter are talking to each other and doesn't even look at me. Another staff at the back tells them off and finally one of them comes to me. I said I'm here to collect and she checks. It is not ready. In fact, she calls to the kitchen and asks them for a bowl. It hasn't even started for 13 minutes. I wait for another 15 minutes before I collect. In the meantime, my cheese fries are waiting and it's now cold. And again the portions are smaller.
Definately never going again. No more benefit...

A simple requests you guys had one JOB and clearly it’s too hard for you…. Beacuse of your own company’s issues the Website malfunction when I placed an order for the 3rd time which was completely diff to my own original order. Instead I got abuse , no refund and aggression . Worst customer service ever experienced . I have every reason to order from door dash: Uber but that comes late and soggy so I decided to get someone to drive for me for the order which takes 1/4 of the time…. No resolution just anger and aggression from his raise . The WORST management ever. Great food, but the last 3 visits have been plagued by errors. On the first occasion, they provided pulled beef tacos instead of minced beef. I only picked it up because of the price difference. To their credit, they offered the pulled beef at the minced beef price, but my daughter won't eat pulled beef. Also, to their credit, they got straight to making the correct order. On the second occasion, they provided soft shell tacos instead of the hard shell. That wasn't picked up until I got home. It ended up as my dinner. My daughter went back later and got the correct order. Tonight, I ordered 6 hard-shell beef tacos and 3 soft shell chicken. 1 of the beef tacos was with the chicken, of which I have no issue. The beef taco with the chicken tacos was perfect, but they only part finished the other five. There was no tomato in those. When they get it right, they serve great tacos, but errors in my last three visits are disappointing. I recommend checking your order before you leave.
