Elevate Specialty Coffee — Restaurant in Sydney

This place does the best coffee in the area and in the Hills. I live in Castle Hill - it was so good, I will drive back again next week to have another one. If you like your coffee give this place a shot.

Service: The service is excellent and everyone working there looks like they really enjoy being there, which adds to the vibe. A friendly bunch, who put the customer first.

Atmosphere: The cafe is situated in an industrial area, and while I love the idea, of being up high when you are eating in the outdoor area - the surroundings are a little spartan being where it is. The indoor dining has a nice minimalist white theme and the cafe is usually quite busy.

Food and Coffee: This is without a doubt one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. Absolutely lipsmackingly good! I rated the food 4/5 because we felt like the tomato sauce in the bacon and egg roll was far too sweet for us. It would have been a perfect 5/5 if not for the very red looking, very sweet sauce.

The atmosphere and service at Elevate Specialty Coffee is second to none. BUT, the coffee… IS ON POINT! I drink a specific coffee as I LOVE my coffee, and if it’s not made right, I feel very disappointed. So I was very happy when I found a local cafe that makes my coffee perfectly. Every time!! I usually get my coffee take away, but when I’ve had the chance to enjoy my coffee hot and dining in, I’ve had a taste of their brownie and protein balls and they were both too good to be true. I will try their full menu one day soon and will review that later, but for me, this review was just for the PERFECT everything so far from my recent experiences in the past week and a half. Possibly the best filter/batch brew I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a LOT of coffee in my time. I even ordered a second to take away I was so impressed. We came here this morning on a whim to try a new place that had been recommended. It was quite busy (we arrived during a rush), but then quietened down. Service was great and super friendly, even though they were rushed off their feet. We ordered smashed avo, bacon and egg roll, filter coffee and flat white. Coffees great drinking temperature. Made with so much care and precision. I was very impressed. The smashed avo was seasoned to perfection with a delicious mint, coriander, dill and picked cabbage salad dressing on top. The bacon and egg roll was crispy and soft in all the right places. Mayo, smoky bbq sauce and a hash brown made it one of a kind. Highly recommend giving this place a go.
