Worst experience ever, mocha watered down n made in 2mins...didn't hear the the coffee machine operate at all. Must of thought I have no Barista skills, hot pasty was Luke warm, dry and unpleasant to eat...look like old stock, the apple pie, was warm...not in a chill temperature...did not taste at all, I return all items to the shop and left really disappointed with this operator and would not recommend them. Didn't ask for my $18.00 back as I brought items n bit them. Please show a but more respect and enthusiasm towards ALL ethics groups...2 Aussie men were served before me even through I walked in before them.

This place is a bit of everything - bakery, take-away and café. It has three tables, each seating four people. The baked goods appeared generous. The coffee was a smooth and tasty blend, ruined by the use of disposable paper cups. Nice ceramic cups would make all the difference and is the main reason I gave 3 stars not 4.

I recently went to heathcote bakehouse for lunch and order the staple pork roll, after about 10-15 minutes of waiting in the crowded hot front of house( there was no ticket system so the only way to receive your order was to wait shoulder to shoulder in this time of pandemic crisis. Ridiculous!!) I was given the incorrect order, it was busy so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and politely told them they had made a mistake, the manager( who mind you speaks minimal English) told me i was wrong, i pushed further, then she gave me another customer order, and proceded to then neglect me as i continued to try and right the wrong she had cause. I gave up and walked out furious Customer service 1 out of 10 Food 1 out of 10 English 1 out of...

Coffee tastes vile. Horribly overpriced for what it is. "$4.50" for a small donut, that tasted more like play doh than bread dough, and if you pay with card (like most people nowdays) you're looking at about 60 cents in surcharge. The banh mi is not great either. Severely lacks flavour, and the meat is gross. One of the ladies that works there is also quite rude. You're better off driving 2 minutes North and going to one of the bakeries in Engadine. Better service, better prices, and most importantly, far...
