I recently went to heathcote bakehouse for lunch and order the staple pork roll, after about 10-15 minutes of waiting in the crowded hot front of house( there was no ticket system so the only way to receive your order was to wait shoulder to shoulder in this time of pandemic crisis. Ridiculous!!) I was given the incorrect order, it was busy so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and politely told them they had made a mistake, the manager( who mind you speaks minimal English) told me i was wrong, i pushed further, then she gave me another customer order, and proceded to then neglect me as i continued to try and right the wrong she had cause. "$4.50" for a small donut, that tasted more like play doh than bread dough, and if you pay with card (like most people nowdays) you're looking at about 60 cents in surcharge.
