Absolutely appalling service from KFC McGrath's Hill. We ordered two family meals, picked them up, and got home only to find that several items were missing. We called the store immediately and were basically told we were lying — they said it was "impossible" that anything was missing.
We then had to drive back to the store, with two families waiting at home for dinner, hoping to resolve the issue. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they refused to remake the food or offer a refund, and said we’d have to wait until Tuesday for a manager to maybe review the camera footage. That’s four days without food or resolution.
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, especially Mikayla, who showed no empathy or basic customer service. Completely unacceptable. We’re now out of pocket with hungry, disappointed people at home.

Tonight I purchased a 5 piece pack and when I got home the pack contained 3 wings and 2 pieces of dried shrivelled chicken. Refusing to pay $12.95 for such rubbish I had to return to the shop, I asked to speak to the manager and as it was closing time he said there was no more chicken so he would give me a store credit for next time I purchase from there. I explained that I either wanted the chicken or my money back, after again trying to make me take a store credit he relented and gave me my money back. So, this left me having a piece of toast for my dinner, more of my time to return the chicken and out of pocket for the petrol used for an extra trip I should never have had to make. At KFC all the food was ready, the servers were just incompetent and couldn't keep up. Store Manager needs to assist the People coming through the front doors just not the Drive through orders. One girl was sweeping - not sure you need to sweep when its peak hour....
McDonalds 2 metres away, prove young people can be efficient, work as a team, and deliver impeccable Customer service.
I will ring KFC Head Office on Monday as this is not the first time. If you can't handle Menu log / Uber deliveries than turn the functionality off.... same as drive thru, it was actually causing traffic jams as the drive thru line so long.
