Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

I found this most disgusting restaurant, filled with flys, not just buzzing around but on the food, (two customers cancelled order due to the flys) I asked staff if I could get fresh chicken that flys had not been on, staff got a new batch then another lady staff member walked from out the back and scraped the last of what the flys had been sitting in into the fresh batch of teriyaki chicken, the chicken and cheddar cheese had a sour taste to it, left a horrible taste in my mouth I could not continue eating! I hoped the sweet double chocolate cookies would remove the bad taste from my mouth but they were very hard and dry - only thing I have enjoying from this store is the bottled ofA ice coffee purchased. The staff did not even given customer option for a Receipt. I refuse to return to this store - myself and my partner are appalled by the service and cleanliness of this...

DO NOT EAT HERE! Staff are rude and unhygienic, the female staff member with glasses who is of Indian appearance coughed multiple times on my sub while making it, zero customer service and straight up rude. Staff appear to get annoyed when you ask them to add more salad, cheese and even suace. Staff continues to make sandwiches on a dirty board with gloves still dirty from the last sub. another staff member didn’t toast my sub they put in for a few seconds so I was left with warm bread while the manger Rati watched. On the same occasion the staff member sprinkled a tiny bit of cheese I asked for more while she was making the other sub and looked at me like I was an idiot and said she wasn’t finished. so unprofessional!!!!! Every single time I come here I have a problem with a staff member. Either being disrespectful or just plain lazy. Last week I went to subway with my boyfriend, whilst ordering our food a girl with glasses who seemed to be Indian was giving us dirty looks throughout our whole order. When paying for our food I asked to pay separately and she looked at her friend and started laughing like it was so embarrassing we wanted to pay individually? Today I went in again, I asked for a pizza sub, the worker didn’t add the right amount of pepperoni slices, when put in the toaster which i believe is set to 45 seconds was taken out with 30 seconds to go leaving me with untoasted bread just because the worker was lazy.
