KFC St Clair — Restaurant in Sydney

Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 Lunch (12pm - 1pm).

I cannot believe how my best KFC here had plummeted. mash and gravy tasted funny chicken weren't the same good quality as before and had became more greasy. It never used to be greasy at all, or slightly greasy. And this is normal fried chicken, not the crispy one. For sure the crispy ones are less greasy. But before when I had normal fried chicken, it wasn't greasy back then the time I had it. After two and half years of being my favourite KFC, now I guess my favourite KFC is in Asia. Non greasy, crispy, tender and juicy all at the same time. So much better than western KFC. Don't believe me? Go to places like china, Thailand, HK, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, even Japan and Korea and I guarantee you it's gonna blow your mind. It's much healthier and better and cheaper compared to the West. And I don't understand why the taste of mash and gravy has changed. It used to be so much better. With the taste SPOT ON. Not coming back here again. Service could be better too. They can't just rely on ONE GUY to be working at the front counter section. They need at least 3 people!!! And I know this because I used to be chef and also worked at the front too. I know what it feels like when only ONE PERSON had to deal with everything at the front. Plain stupidity!!!! Not coming back unfortunately, since this place has plummeted. Will be spending my money elsewhere. Bloody disappointing. Good bye.

Christmas Eve 2024:- This was one of the best KFC. However on Christmas Eve between 12pm to 12:30pm, (not being biased or racist but speaking the truth here), the time I arrived to have my lunch before work, the staffs of indian appearance were not very attentive. When I arrived there was a girl that waited for her lunch and I can understand that it's her lunch break, but she was literally standing there in front of the fridge waiting for her twister to be made. It was very quiet the time I came with few drive ins service, I mean that girl standing there waiting in front of the fridge could've served me when there's nothing to do. She was just standing there!!! there's no harm in seeing a customer at the front counter and serving them while waiting for their lunch to be ready It made me wait for longer. I thank the guy (middle eastern appearance) that served me when he saw me waiting at the front counter. My advice people, no offence, but if you see an Indian worker there, go somewhere else. I've been to this KFC heaps of times already and I even can see Africans working better than the Indians and less lazy. The others are...

I drove my lil car all the way to this place from work, i even went like 5ks over the speed limit cos i was truly famished, ready to have a nice hot bacon n cheese burger with a icy cold freeze cos it was a mega hot day, like fry an egg on a slippery dip kind of day.. anyyway i get there, order my stuff thru the drive thru, it is when i get to the window they inform me that there is no actual fillet for my beautiful burger 😭so i settle for the lil carrot looking chicken pieces, i drive to the next window and theyyy inform me there is no piggy crisps for my carrott looking chicken burger, i was devastated, my eyes welled with tears and my heart sunk to the bottom of my car which is already v low. after gathering my courage and my heart off the floor, i answered okay and they gave me 2 pieces of cheese, making my nice hot bacon n cheese burger a extra cold cheese carrot looking chicken burger. when i recieved my order, the amount of slushie in my cup was even less then the piggy crisps on my burger.. why cant they just fill them to the top like in the ads they distract us with while we are trying to diet. i took my order and left. when i opened it they had put sauce on my extra cold cheese carrot looking chicken burger which i had requested them not to do. so i just ate the miniscule carrot looking chicken pieces. dissapointed,...

This KFC is notorious for slow wait times and missing items. I’ve had a few instances with this KFC and forgetting items. My partner and I decided to go inside KFC for once. We went upto the Kiosk which we don’t mind to use. It seemed almost everything was unavailable to purchase. We decided to go to the front counter. After a while a young girl finally came over and took our order. She told us that they were out of lettuce which it didn’t bother me not having lettuce in my meal. After a while we finally got our order. I should’ve checked. That was my mistake. We then left the KFC and realised we were missing a side of large chips. Once I realised, my partner couldn’t be bothered driving back as he had a trailer. I know that was on us so I just decided to write a review.
