To my knowledge, this is the birthplace of many donuts. Some donuts even have nuts added after birth to make them even more nutty. Which makes me think, who decides whether a donut will receive nuts? Is it fate? What if the donut wants nuts and didn't receive any at birth? Or what if the donut received nuts at birth and didn't want them? It can't remove its own nuts... So does it just like change it's name to 'do' and people are meant to ignore it's nuts? Or pretend that it does have nuts and like get everyone else to pretend it has nuts? Does it spend the rest of it's life cursing the creater that it was born with or without nuts? This is not a birthplace for donuts, but a cruel factory where donuts' preconceptions of themselves are manufactured before asking them what they want to be. I wanna identify as a helicopter. I always have. They can fly anywhere and their fast spinning blades perfectly match my own internal level of psychotic which I feel on a daily basis. But the ATO doesn't understand. The Australian registrar of births deaths and marriages doesn't understand. Someday the world will see me for what I am and what I feel. But this world is young. And although I have to go out of my way to tick the 'other' box on all my documents, someday there will be a LGBTIQHelicopter++ community to support me on this cruel voyage...

My Overall experience (06 AUG 23) at this store was unfortunately marred by the shocking behaviour of one staff member an asian lady (with a name tag: Melson). Witnessing her reprimanding a co-worker in front of customers with such a rude tone was highly unprofessional and unacceptable for an honest mistake that her co-worker has accidently made. It was evident that Melson lacked of basic work ethics and interpersonal skills.

As a customer, I believe that staff members should always maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor towards each other, especially in front of patrons. Such public display of disrespect not only reflect poorly on the individual but also cast a negative light on the entire store.

While I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings can arise in any workplace, dealing with them discreetly and appropriately is essential. Customers should not be subjected to such uncomfortable situations while trying to enjoy their experience at the venue. Instead, the staff should focus on creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.

The incident made me question the management's oversight and training of their employees. This demonstrates Krispy Kreme Mascot is lacking in maintaining basic customer...

Dear Management:

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at one of your outlets on November 19, 2023, around 16:50 pm.

On the aforementioned date and time, I happened to witness a shop assistant distributing free donuts to a group of customers. However, when I approached the assistant to inquire about this gesture, she refused to acknowledge that any such distribution had taken place. I found this quite bewildering as I had eyewitness accounts from other customers who had benefitted from the free donuts.

The denial of the incident by the shop assistant raised concerns regarding the fairness and transparency of your business’s promotional activities. This behaviour, I believe, is not only unacceptable but also undermines the principles of ethical conduct in customer service.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter to ensure fair practices are upheld in all your outlets. Customers should be treated equally, and promotional activities should be conducted transparently, ensuring that all customers have an equal chance of benefitting from them.

I look forward to your response and assurance that such incidents will not recur...
