KFC Mascot (Not Airport) — Restaurant in Sydney

We have been here a few times on the way to Sheps Mound and it’s always been ok but today was atrocious! We did online order through drive thru, the one manning drive thru was super rude. We got waved through to the second window without getting our drinks. We got handed a bag of food at the second window and we explained we hadn’t got our drinks yet. The woman at the window just kept repeating “DRINKS??” back at us, it went back and forth for at least 30 seconds then she walked off without speaking and got a manager to translate. We again said we hadn’t got our drinks yet. Another back and forth exchange trying to understand that all we wanted was our drinks. Finally get asked what do we want, we said 2x Pepsi max and apple juice for the kids meal. “We don’t have apple juice.” So we said do you have a small water or something? “No.” There was no explaining what they DID have. Just stared at us blankly. Finally we said can we just have a bottle of water? They gave us the drinks and the original server screamed HAVE A GOOD DAY! at us, so loud I am sure people ordering at the speaker would have heard it. Surely if you’re in a customer facing role you should be able to talk to them at the very least let alone in a respectful manner. I was utterly bewildered and have never had service like this anywhere ever in my life!...

We placed a Catering Order on Wed 14/8 with Arbie, Manager. They were professional, assisting and accommodating to our order requirements. Arbie went above and beyond with our order, called us 30mins prior to our collection time, to confirm if we will be picking up at 6.30pm informing us as he wanted to ensure the food 'chicken pieces, wicked wings,, nuggets, gravy, burger feast meals etc', were all cooked in time by them and hot on pick up.

What can we say, other than 'we have not had this level of freshness of KFC chicken, as we did this evening'. It was hot and delicious fresh cooked and presented professionally.

I did call Arbie following the end of the evening event our son's Birthday, to thank Arbie for his deliverance and our satisfaction.

In conclusion the service by Management staff 10/10. The deliverance, freshness and hotness of our Catering Order which was placed at short notice 10/10 (100% satisfaction).

Thank you to Arbie for delivering hot fresh food for us at such short notice. Nothing was too much for Arbie and his staff, and they delivered as promised without fail.

I ordered a zinger box meal with stacker sauce and no mayo and was assured that my meal was correct. I come to second window and realised my chips had no extra salt the lady was polite and apologised and replaced straight away. Looking at my meal everything looked great until I come home to realise the reason I went there for lunch in the first place was not correct the burger... I rang and the supervisor was really nice and offered to replace this. As you could under stand its something i like to have very limited times but when i have it i want it correct. Nice to have it replaced though. The rest of my meal was great and the guy on the first drive thru window im sure was doing his best to be quick which is great if you have the order correct customer service overall great by 2 staff however the first impression fail at the first window.
