I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lahori Dhera, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, largely due to the impeccable service provided by Arham. From the moment we stepped in, Arham's warm welcome and genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable evening. Arham's attentiveness and professionalism were evident throughout our meal. He ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect, from recommending delicious dishes to promptly attending to our needs. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his suggestions were spot on, enhancing our enjoyment of the rich, flavorful cuisine that Lahori Dhera is renowned for. What truly stood out was Arham's ability to make us feel like valued guests. His friendly demeanor, coupled with his attention to detail, created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests' experience. Arham's exceptional service made our visit to Lahori Dhera a delight. His dedication and passion for his role significantly contributed to our overall satisfaction. We left with full hearts and happy taste buds, looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Arham, for making our evening so special. Lahori Dhera is fortunate to have such an outstanding team member, and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience with top-notch service.

Restaurant claims they sell Pakistani, Indian & Chinese food but didn't find any chinese option. Walked into an almost empty restaurant* (photo attached), ordered three diffent kinds of breads, beef nihari, palak gosht and kulfi. The main items tasted okay but had too much oil & spices in them. Garlic bread has too much garlic and oil. Beef nihari is quite hot and spicy, but tastes good. Palak gosht is not too hot and very oily. The biggest disappointment however was kulfi ice cream, it was full of shredded coconut and tasted way less than average. Prices of mains are $15 each, breads varies between $2 to $5, kulfi is $4. Bills of two person for the above foods came $43, which did not seem to be reasonable to me, so I would lebel this as a overpriced place. *All the attached photos are colour edited and filtered, the place and food do not look as vibrant or colourful as these photos.

We recently visited Lahori Dhaba and was blown away by the unique desi-style Chinese dishes. From the Chicken Fried Rice to the American Chop Suey, each dish was full of bold flavors and cooked to perfection. The Beef Mongolian Sauce was rich and savory, while the Fish Szechuan Style had just the right amount of spice. Located at 495 Hume Hwy, Yagoona, and open daily from 4pm to 11pm, Lahori Dhaba offers a fantastic fusion of desi and Chinese flavors in a cozy atmosphere. The service was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend!

We’ve visited this restaurant a couple of times with family, and I must say the food is quite good – flavorful and satisfying overall. However, I’d like to share a few points that may help both potential customers and the restaurant owner for future improvement.

Each time we visited, we had to follow up with the staff to check the status of our order, which took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. While we understand that good food takes time, better communication and a more efficient service would really enhance the dining experience.

Another concern is the portion sizes in relation to the pricing. For example, the Chicken Tikka serving was noticeably small considering the price tag, and the same goes for the Chicken Karahi. Also, none of the main dishes came with any salad, just a small 50g serving of yogurt or chutney on the side. A bit of fresh salad would be a welcome addition and a nice touch for the customers.

Regarding the dining area, it would be great if a covered or private section could be designated for families. Currently, the seating is quite exposed, which may not be ideal for everyone. Also, there’s a stage in the restaurant that was not in use during our visits – perhaps that space could be temporarily converted into additional seating for families when not in use for events.

All in all, the food is definitely worth trying, but with a few improvements in service, portions, and seating arrangements, the overall experience could be...

We were in tears of laughter about how shockingly bad the service was. I have worked in hospitality for a few years, so I normally give places the benefit of the doubt for having an "off night" but I was maddened by this place. We waited for an actual hour before anybody even offered to take our order, and we were the first to arrive in the restaurant. We had to wave down the waiter a dozen times. Brought out 1L of water for 12 guests, didn't pour it for us. They were out of Mango Lassi, but didn't tell us for a good half hour, several other drinks never arrived despite constant reminders, and we never had an explanation. Food came out at very random times. We had to get up and go to the kitchen to get their attention 5 or 6 times as they seemed to have no clue what they were doing. The food just scrapes into average in my opinion but the service really ruined the evening. Many of the best restaurants I know have questionable service, but they make up for it with speed and top quality food; sadly this restaurant has no strong sacong grace. I personally would never go here again. In saying that, I have laughed about how terrible it was, a lot, so not a complete loss. If the restaurant reads this, please take the advice RE-TRAIN YOUR WAITSTAFF! They are hurting...
