Lugarno Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

Located at 14 Lime Kiln Road, Lugarno, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 This is a really good little restaurant. I have been a few times now and I have never had a bad meal. Tonight I had the Peanut Satay Chicken for entree with for main I had Thai Fried Rice and Creamy Basil King Prawn stir fry. Delicious 😋. The waitress was very welcoming and friendly. Eager to help in any way. There were tables outside to sit at and of course inside. The only thing is the toilet 🚻 is not really easily accessible. It’s down a very narrow hallway which is packed on both sides with supplies and the toilet is very tucked away. No signage at all. The restaurant itself is designed very welcoming and the prices are pretty reasonable. There’s a few parking 🅿️ places outside front but I think would fill up quickly when it is busy. Very limited spaces. Would absolutely recommend....

TERRIBLE! Worst Thai I have ever eaten. We couldn’t even finish the food. Pad Thai was so dry it was a brick in the container. Seafood Luksa has no flavour whatsoever. And the Thai beef salad was like a soup with lettuce and beef. Had no chilli. When I went in today to tell them what was wrong with my food (not asking for a refund or replacement) I got told that, that’s just how she makes it (the waiter) and that if I didn’t like the food then that’s okay. Terrible service. As a fellow chef I felt like I should give an honest opinion to a local business. I will not be back.. ever. Horrible food...

Ordered the king prawn salad tonight for $23.90, was absolute garbage. Prawns weren't cleaned out, they were hard and had no flavour. They definitely weren't king prawns either. Salad was off and tomatoes soft. Total rip off. You can buy a kg of prawns for that price. If I could give zero...
