Lunchtime Cravings — Restaurant in Sydney

Superb. We had catering from them for our daughter's birthday and were very happy with everything. Helen took the time to help me understand my requirements and guide me on how to go about deciding my menu. This is above and beyond service . Considering this was my first time organising something like this, I appreciated this help very much. She even gave me advice on how to keep my budget from blowing out. Their communication is great and they kept me informed. They catered to every dietary requirement I had beautifully. The food arrived exactly on time and was absolutely delicious. A colleague of mine came in to work this morning and showed me the worst and most poorly made grilled Ham & Cheese Croissant that looked like it was stuck to the griller, burnt and placed into wrapping paper to hide the poorly made 'breakfast'.

When she confirmed she had bought it from here, I told her since this current owner came on board the service and the quality have gone from bad to worse.

I was probably one of the most regular customers for 7 years until I realised they didn't deserve my hard earned money, patronage or my time to write an honest review.

So this one, is for my colleague.... we don't recommend this...

This coffee shop was a great place to go for lunch but the new owner has no idea on how to interact with customers and I have heard her speak badly to her staff on numerous occasions. She has no idea on how to run this business. It isn't as clean as it use to be. The front counter staff are still the great people. However the owner is going to run the shop into the ground she has increased the prices drastically which really doesn't match the demographic of the area. She is rude...
