Thanks for following the food adventure 🥰 On today's episode, I'm bringing you back to my favourite brunch order from our trusty local cafe (because tbh I've eaten this same meal more frequently than anything else this year besides banh mi LOL). 📍 MAISON Coffee, Greenfield Park Can you tell every video clip in this reel was from a different visit? 😂 Not my first time making a video about MAISON, but back then it was before the matcha craze of 2024-2025 lol. MAISON's earl grey matcha was the first rendition of 'mixed matcha' I liked! Strawberry and mango matchas were always a bit overpowering in tartness for me, but pairing matcha with a fragrant tea brew like earl grey milk tea was nice as. (I've found other mixed matchas I like now at other spots too, stay tuned and I'll show you some time!). Food-wise, I really like the crispy kale MAISON uses. It's an ingredient that I've seen in a lot of my favourite brunch dishes here over the years, like the eggs benedict or the brekkie greens, and it's also an ingredient in wifey and I's recent favourite dish here, the spicy raw salmon poke bowl. This also comes with avocado, seaweed salad, edamame, ginger and furikake on brown rice. Delicious. Soooo, pretty much the poke bowl and the earl grey matcha have become our go to quick weekend brunch /lunch order if we're staying local and ceebs driving out for a food-search! Price we spend: $50-60 for 2...

Maison has become one of my (and my family's) go-to cafes. It's also a bit of a hidden gem, with a vibe that is very much unseen in the Western Sydney Suburbs (having lived in the area my whole life). It's coffee is unmatched (both in blend and how well made it is), it's food variety is really solid, and it's honestly really well priced - especially in relation to potion size. It can get busy, though at the times you expect e.g. weekend brunch, after the nearby church lets out etc and I have been turned away more than once as sit-down space is limited unfortunately. However it being busy is honestly a testament to the quality of food/drink and great service. Honestly, the staff are friendly, professional, and immensely accommodating (e.g. will always let you know if there is a wait when they are busy, or will call to let you know when a table is free etc.) Do yourself a favour - try Maison. They do take away but the sit down experience is...

Not only are the staff at Maison incredible human beings who greet you with warmth and kindness every single time, but they also genuinely have hearts of gold. You can feel the care and good energy from the moment you walk in, like catching up with old friends. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Now let’s talk matcha! These legends make the best matchas I’ve ever had (and trust me, I’ve had my fair share). Smooth, perfectly balanced, and made with love every time. And don’t even get me started on the brekky burrito… it’s an absolute staple for me. No one does it like they do, it’s comfort wrapped perfection. 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Also, a special shoutout to their playlists, because yes they seriously slap. The vibes are always immaculate! 😎

I’m just so grateful to have found this small but mighty sanctuary in the area. It’s more than just a café, it’s a place that feels like home. Maison, thank you for...

Maison food and coffee just hits ✨ different ✨ Every time I come here it’s amazing. The strawberry latte is my go to and has me bouncing up and down the walls with energy after I drink it. Perfect local spot for brunch with ample parking space.
