3.2 - Friendly lady at the counter and making coffees, but the coffee I ordered took a long time to come. I didn't mind too much as she apologised and mentioned that they were understaffed. It was not a bad view, just across from the Theatre and a park. However, construction may start on a whole site of apartments and it'll be noisy then! First time here and the lady at the counter was very friendly and kind. We got a flat white and chai latte to drink inside and it was very fast and delicious. Seems to be a local spot, while sitting inside many people came inside and the woman knew their names and orders right as they came through the door. Highly recommend and will be coming back...
