I can’t believe I’m posting a review about McDonald’s!!! 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ But I’m done with this place! If there was an option for no star, this McDonalds is it!! First of all it’s run by kids!!! School kids!! Everytime I go to this McDonald’s there’s a problem!! To the burgers falling apart with a litre of sauce in it! One time the monitor screens were not working and the kids couldn’t see what I ordered through the drive through and left me waiting 20mins! Didn’t even bother to come and tell me!! I had to go into the store and ask where my order was??? Then when I asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce. The child says to me “I’m only allowed to give one” 🤦🏽♀️🤣 They never put serviettes in the bag! Like never!! 😡And today they take orders from everyone and tell customers there’s a 30mins wait through the drive in because the bun machine is broken but also because they are children, they are not authorised to do refunds when customers say they don’t want to wait!!! And when I finally get home, my foods cold and I have a burnt chip! Like burnt black!! I didn’t even know that can even happen to McDonald’s chips! Aren’t they all on timers??? 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤣🤣 this store is so bad it’s laughable!! I feel sorry for the kids that work there and get abused from customers I’m sure daily! Whoever manages this store needs to go back to management training and a store that knows what they are doing needs to retrain the entire team in this store! 🤦🏽♀️🙏🏼 I’ll pray for this store they improve!! Read moreThe moment I lined up at drive thu I knew something was wrong. Just 2 cars at the order bay and it was taking over 10 minutes!! So I parked & went into the store instead (never ever had to do that at any McDonald’s in my life). Waiting to be served, staff were frantic & you’d think it was the busiest McDonalds in NSW. Instead you look a bit closer, no customers, 2 in drive thu, one couple sat to dine & me waiting at the counter. It felt like chaos behind the counter. I sat & watched, trying to understand why it was so dysfunctional. I finally get served. Food takes more than 7 minutes to come out. Who ever owns this branch is severely mismanaging it. ONE female server smiled at me, young Asian girl who took my order. I could see her smiling through the pain, poor thing. This is not how any fast food place, let alone McDonald’s should be operating. The place is either totally under staffed or mismanaged. Manager was trying to be nice but you can see she is stressed. There’s no reason for this level of dysfunction when there are next to no customers. My burger has a piece missing from the bun, I wasn’t too concerned as I hadn’t eaten all day, but having worked in fast food many years ago, consistency & presentation is key. I don’t have anything bad to say about the staff as individuals. I just believe it comes down to the greedy owners who do not invest in proper training & consistency. Went through drive through and had to call for someone.. with no one attending drive through.
When we got our drinks.. 1 was 2/3 filled with no ice. I asked that they fix this and the young brown haired , big nosed worker said nothing and just gave me a dirty look.
Then when getting the food, they put in the wrong burger. When I advised them of this. the same worker just looked at me with a dirty look saying nothing. I suggested that she Atleast smile.
When she provided the burger, I advised her that she should have better customer service and she just rolled her eyes and walked away.
I don’t understand this new generation. When I was that age and working at McDonald’s we were taught a thing called customer service. It’s such a shame these days customer service does not exist.
The chips were old. The burgers were sloppy.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Horrible horrible place.
Don’t come here.
For the McDonald’s owners/ managers - train your staff customer service. When they make a mistake - which they do EVERY time. They should apologise for it.
Shame on all of you.
Ps - be careful of reviews. I think it’s strange that a lot of the 5 star reviews came with no comments. Suss!
Also - it’s a shame the owners or managers don’t acknowledge these reviews or respond. You are loosing a lot of service and money due...
