Natino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sydney

Was inspired to submit a review for Natinos because of the excellent customer service from the female employee working the counter and phones. Very polite, informative and even when I requested pizza that wasn't available as part of the package deals she explained it in a great manner. Meal was cooked quickly by the kitchen team and once ready instead of getting the usual call out to come to the counter the original female brought the food out to me, reminded me to get the included soft drink from the fridge and offered to assist with that if needed.

People are so important in business and you've got a star employee at the front of this shop. 5 stars...

Natinos is definitly my go to for pizza (i havent tried their pastas yet). I love their thin crust! Their pizzas taste fresh, a good amount of topping and love, they aren't greasy. I've tried quite a few pizzas and been impressed by all of them. I get way too excited when we order Natinos lol.

They always provide good customer service when I've gone in and their kitchen and front area always looks spotless so I feel safe eating from there. You can definitly tell it's a family business when you go in and it's why I love to support them.

Ordered a Supreme pizza which tasted average seems that the topping ingredients didn’t seem quality not much flavour couldn’t even taste the pizza sauce the whole pizza was bland in taste and also couldn’t even pick up a slice without the topping dropping off and the slice just collapses due to the base being very thin and couldn’t be eating by hands very messy so had to use a knife and fork To be honest I wouldn’t recommend this place and would say dominos would be a better option The owner seems nice but shame the pizza...
