Oak Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Sydney

Called in here 12 months ago got a nice T-bone steak so though we would return this year. Had another steak ,not bad ,a bit thin but ok,kids got a standard spag bol that's where things took a turn ,was to spicey to eat ,informed the staff ,asked for a refund, reply was sorry if they didn't like it ,so informed the staff at Alfa motel (affliated )whilst they agreed spaghetti bolinase isn't meant to be spicey they would get back to us ,crickets ?? Still waiting. Disappointing,will not return . Anyway next night out of principal we travelled to lone pine tavern a short drive away...

We stopped in to oaks during our drive from melbourne to Brisbane and we were over take aways and were desperate for a proper meal! Oaks didnt disappoint my kids ordered the kids meal pizza which was HUGE and thier meals came complete with a drink and an ice cream with chocolate sauce. The aircon didn’t work properly. Room was not clean I had someone’s fake eyelash stuck to my foot after a shower. The water from the shower leaked all into the bathroom floor. The female bar staff that was on Sunday night 31/8/25 was rude beyond imagination not sure how people like that hold job’s.
