Avoid and go to a different store.

I've always been impressed with the quality of burgers produced. Chicken breast isn't the easiest, yet to date (at many other stores) the burgers have always been juicy and tasty.

Until today. Bondi burger was dry. Very dry. And for some reason they didn't put the normal chilli sauce on the burger. I did order the extremo sauce but as that is an extra charge it is always added as well, not instead of. So minimal sauce as well and missing that "Bondi burger flavour".

Disappointed and will avoid this branch in future.

So adding to the review. I didn't think after eating the burger it could get worse. But it did. I also ordered a half chicken to take home. Basically the driest and worst chicken I've ever ever eaten. If I cooked this myself I would be ashamed to serve it to anyone even my dogs. I'm not sure how they could actually get it this dry it certainly took...

Joke of a place Arrived 30 minutes before closing time store closed had to go to drive thru. After waiting for 20 minutes for our food drove home as store was closed so couldn’t eat in there Opened our food completey wrong order We didn’t order this I hated it and didn’t eat it. We couldn’t contact the store as it was closed so emailed only to have a terrible response after explaining my situation. They emailed glad the situation was resolved When I said nothing was done and nothing was resolved they didn’t reply. Why waste your time it’s not hard to give people a little bit of customer service Service level 0 from the whole company Food level unsure as they will probably just give you something completely different to what you order.

Thanks for wasting my time and money I know nothing will be done with review as nothing was done when I emailed several times...

Really amazing place! Immaculately clean, great service, relaxed environment. Everything here was more than you would expect at a fast food store. The music was even set to a perfect volume that wasn't too loud or quiet. Presentation of dine in meal was impressive, as well as the table service. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, even when they had multiple customers to serve. There's sufficient parking available and the location situated next to a petrol station, which is what made me want to grab a bite to eat.
