Honestly, I love the rolls here, every single time I order the roll it is just as delicious as the last! The staff are really friendly and lovely. Although, when someone is placing an order over the phone and been given a pick up time for when the food will be ready, you would expect for the food to be ready or at least near ready once you arrive. Honestly every single time i have placed an order over the phone, i get to the store and they haven't even begun making the food even if there is absolutely no one else in the shop waiting for orders. The preparation of food is often very slow, usually waiting 20-30 minutes just for a roll to be made. I dont mind waiting for good food, so i can appreciate that staff take their time ensuring they are consistent in delivering good food. Although there needs to be a balance, if you have told a customer pre ordering over the phone that the roll will be ready on arrival within the time estimate given, then you need to follow through with that. Not start preparing the order once you have already arrived. The food is great so i’ll keep coming back, I just wont be relying on this place when I need a quick lunch. I get that the staff want the food to be freshly made for their customers, and i know sometimes people come later than the estimated time frame which then risks the customer complaining of freshness, i appreciate that completely. Theres always something, but time management and balance is...

We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, the vibe is calming & welcoming with a nice touch of greenery. Recently I have taken a fondness to Banh Mi, so when it’s good I want to share the love. I am someone who generally never eats pork, but on a Banh Mi it’s the only choice for me.

I had the Crispy Pork, my mate had the Honey Chicken. Baguettes/Rolls were the perfect consistency: the right amount of crunch, the right amount of soft. Generous portions for a more than reasonable price for what you get!

The Honey Chicken meat was moist, a perfect balance between sweet & hot. 🤌🏻🤌🏻

Crispy Pork Banh Mi was off it’s head! I’m sitting here entirely sated. Crackling was divine, pork was delectable. Whole roll was engulfed within minutes 🤤

I am incredibly content with our experience here, & the pricing is more than fair for 2023.

~$6USD or $10 for a Banh Mi? EPIC

Air-con is blasting so don’t feel dissuaded on a hot day!

THANK YOU! We will...

I’ve been here many times since they first opened earlier this year. The food here is consistently great.

I haven’t tried everything on the menu but I’ve eaten here a lot, mostly takeaway or via UberEats/Menulog. It’s a lot cheaper if you order in person though.

The Combination Pho is always good, the soup stock is consistent, never had a bad bowl. They have tripe but wished they added tendons as well though.

My other favourite is the Chicken Curry and Roast Pork Banh Mi.

When they have Mango Shake in season, you should also order that.

Will have to try other things on the menu next time and the fried ice cream which looks good.

The owner Eric and his staff are always friendly.

The fitout of the restaurant looks fantastic, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s located on a small shopping strip in a very new residential area.

They accept card payments.

Happy to recommend this...

Was in the area and thought I'd give this a try. Takeaway was pretty good. The broth wasn't hot enough so my beef was super rare! This actually highlighted how good quality the beef was since it was so soft and not chewy whatsoever! I also like that they weren't stingy on the meat. Some places you go and get three slices of beef which are gone in the first mouthful!! my only quam was the on spring rolls which seemed a like a premium option being $2 more than the pork/seafood rolls.. They were a little on the small side although tasty. overall a good viet meal (hard to find out there) and I'd definitely come back when around. To management: get a gas closer on your door before it falls off! (you know)
