World Burger - Windsor — Restaurant in Sydney

Edit: was really surprised to be phoned back by the restaurant an hour or so later, and offered a generous credit as an apology, as well as sorting out a delivery location issue on their app. Wow! Whilst my earlier experience tonight wasn't good, this was a really generous compensation and does indicate great customer service. I've amended my stars and comments to reflect this. Original: Generally been happy with their burgers, and the Americano in particular is good. My chicken burger was overcooked tonight, (usually great!) and the fries (both normal, and loaded) were decent but nothing exceptional. However, our service this evening was VERY poor, and when I rang up to enquire/complain, the person I spoke with was clearly under pressure, but was argumentative and dismissive. Essentially, the poor service was dismissed as Uber's fault, and no effort to rectify beyond the offer of a regular fries was made. We've not ordered from World Burger in quite some time because of the delivery fees, and based on our experience tonight, we won't again. I finally got the chance to try World Burger, and wow—what an incredible experience! This food truck lives up to its name, serving up globally inspired burgers that are packed with flavor and creativity.

I ordered the Chicken Burger, and it was phenomenal! The Crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned—juicy on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. It came topped with a creamy mayo and fresh lettuce making everything come together beautifully. Every bite had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

I also grabbed a side of their Fries, which were crispy, flavorful, and the perfect companion to the burger.

The staff (Lara) was super friendly and welcoming, and even with a steady crowd, the service was fast and smooth. Everything was made fresh and tasted like it came straight from a gourmet kitchen.

If you're in the mood for something a little different from the typical burger, World Burger is a must-try. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their...

Ordered sweet potato fries and a chicken burger. I had to repeat this order three times for the young boy to finally get it as he seemed rather distracted by the pumping music or his fellow worker a young girl.

After waiting close to 15 minutes, (while they discussed computer games) the food was finally ready.

The fries were OK despite being tipped from a huge frozen bag only minutes earlier.

But the burger was absolutely woeful. It consisted of a small bun that fell apart when picked up, some sort of wilted lettuce, a heap of Mayo but the worse was the two tiny pieces of fried chicken.

Despite the small size of the bun, the two chicken pieces barely covered half of the the bun base. And this insult of a burger all for the price of $12!

To have the hide to call their establishment "World Burger" with such an embarrassment of a burger.
