Visited yesterday for dinner. We ordered entree and specifically requested our entree comes out first before our dinner.
Our dinner came out and our entree didn’t, we spoke to the waiter respectfully and asked where our entree was and we were informed the waiter forgot to order it in the system.
We again respectfully asked for our entree and if our dinner can be remade as it will get cold by the time our entree comes out and we finish eating it
On six separate occasions, three different waiters tried to bring out the main meal cold as it had been sitting in their kitchen for over 30 minutes and refused to remake it or respect our request.
This was very disappointing because we remained respectful and spoke to the store manager multiple times asking please can you stop bringing out the same cold main meal we would like our entree first. Yet they kept bringing out the same plate cold, and one staff member tried to lie and say a fresh meal was made for us yet it was cold and looked old. To the extent where a respectful staff member came over and confirmed that the steak was not remade and it was cold and old. Hats off to her she was extremely apologetic and tried to correct the situation, however the kitchen staff refused in front of us to respect their staff member and cook a new plate of food.
Multiple times we mentioned to all staff we have three children with us at the resturant who have special needs and this situation was creating a stressful environment for them as they were unable to eat due to the inconsistency
To top it all off The staff in the kitchen were very rude and slammed the plate in the bin and spoke to us Extremely rudely.
The manager and one female staff member did come and apologise multiple times however the situation wasn’t resolved and we left Without eating because the kitchen staff refuse to make our food fresh and expected us to Plate of food that was made prior to our entree.

We change the chips to vegetable... unfortunately, was not cooked... not even steamed...it's totally raw... i don't think they checked it before give it to us ... Hi guys , After my last review , i received 2 phone calls from the customer service, and the two phone calls the girls offers me a free dinner for my husband and I, And i confirmed in the second call that is for both of us... and the customer service girl said , all i need to do is go to carramar brach and they will not charge us ... I believe this offer, specially i heard it in the two calls ... After 3 or 4 weeks, my husband did an order on the phone and the girl answer the phone (who took the order ) she said they doesn't know about this offer i got on the phone, and i need to go to the restaurant and they will fix this for me ... I went to pick up the order, I stayed on the counter for 30mins discussing what is the story with the offer i had over the phone, the girl kept calling the customer service and that was more than two calls, and at the end they said they put a credit for 2000 point on my husband membership, which is 20 dollars... I was chocked! It was really upset 😡with that ... i had all the staff in the restaurant coming over , and everyone trying to talk about it... some of them got me to fell i am an idiot to believe that they can offer a free meals ... I was upset and said , i will not take the food, it's already cold by now.
But , i got two girls and i think one of them is on charge , she said to another staff to make sure that the warm the food for me ... and she said take the meals and don't worry, she will fix all this miss ... I am too angry with the customer service staff , who has no clue about the offer the gave me ... or that they don't know the different between a dinner and the 20...

I assumed we'd be taken care of seeing as the place was deserted but instead I had to go ask someone to come take our order. My order was taken after 9.30pm. We didn't get our food until 10.15pm and it's only cause I had enough of the waiting. They tried to charge me for a drink I waited for but didn't receive and when I mentioned this to the waiter settling out bill, she rolled her eyes and looked annoyed that she had to take it off my bill. If my daughter weren't with me, I dunno what I would've said. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my daughter enjoyed the dessert

Response to owner: I visited there on 30th of December 2024, i literally wrote my review in the car park when I came out.
Full disclosure now, although my experience was borderline traumatic, my daughter fell in love with the place. My birthday was on Sunday the 3rd of Janurary 2025, and she begged if we could eat there again so we went there at 10am (opening time). On this occasion everything was spot on. From the food to the service, everything was amazing.
