Roastwell Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

After going to this coffee shop and having the lovely Irish girl serve with a friendly manner, she was replaced by a rude lady with black bob hair. I stopped going but after a year, I thought I’d try again. I chatted about the wet weather only to be ignored as usual and ordered my drink and sat down. She yelled my chocolate was ready and continued being busy. No smile no service. She didn’t see I’d got drink so yelled again. That’s when I told her I’d got it and that she was rude and always has been. She replied ok whatever. I said you don’t seem to care and she told me I was right. I said I would let the owner know and she replied it’s after 3 and we only serve takeout. I didn’t know we can’t drink it in cafe!! I hope the owner gets back to me as I can’t find a way to contact. I’ve mentioned to friends who’ve stopped going there because of the same lady....

I ordered a ham and cheese turkish bread toasted sand-witch today and they got this order wrong twice in a row. After the first time they had me pay an extra $2 adding the total to $10. They then gave me a different sand witch to what i asked for again even after the service girl came around the front to have me point to the sand witch I wanted. I used to love this cafe when I lived in the area. I decided to come back whilst I was driving through Bangor. Today’s customer service was absolutely appalling. The blonde lady that served me should not be working in customer service. She appeared as if I was an inconvenience to her life. Plus the coffee is burnt to make things even worse.
