Sharetea Tallawong — Restaurant in Sydney

Hi. I have purchased from this location on multiple occasions, and yet every time there has been an inexcusable error in my beverage (giving me other toppings when they did not have anymore of the one I wanted, I only asked for tapioca pearls) or having to choose a new drink because the fresh tea was not even ready… a scam of my money. I never came at an inconvenient or busy time so these problems seem like they could have been avoided with better management or employee responsibility.

Also, this location may want to consider cracking down of the behaviour of employees and more superior staff members as I overheard lots of gossip and inappropriate topics of conversation in a work environment. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

I will not be choosing to spend my money and my wasted time as I wait obscene amounts of time for a subpar drink at this...

I had an amazing experience at Sharetea Tallawong recently! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a refreshing bubble tea. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

I took advantage of their current offer, where you buy one full-priced drink from the ‘Favourites range’ and get another of equal or lesser value for free! This deal allowed me to try two different drinks (one for myself and one for my daughter), and both were delicious! I highly recommend the Taro Milk Tea and Lychee Fruit Tea — they were both bursting with flavor!

Love ordering here! I come here pretty often in person but sometimes I order online, two orders I had received on the 29/7 & 6/8 had a peach green tea. Upon tasting them they both seemed to have a lychee flavour instead and even the colour of the drinks weren’t a bright orange like the peach green tea is, not sure if the workers on these nights are using the correct recipes or the equipment hasn’t been cleaned so the flavour still lingers?? but both times they were clearly lychee and not peach which was disappointing considering it’s happened twice! nonetheless the in person service is always great and the girls are...
