I came in around 6:50pm and ordered two combos. Unfortunately, both burgers were completely wrong in terms of sauce BBQ sauce was added to both, which we never asked for. While my husband didn’t mind, I don’t eat BBQ sauce at all.

I clearly repeated our order three times at the counter, so there’s no excuse for this. It was obvious the staff member taking the order wasn’t paying proper attention. I was starving and only realised after taking like 3 bites that mine and his were covered in BBQ sauce.

If a mistake is made, the expectation is that it’s fixed not laughed off. Instead, I was met with her laughing in my face and trying to deflect blame. Whether she’s new or not, that attitude is unacceptable. I’m a regular and I genuinely appreciate the rest of the staff, especially the older women who are always lovely. But this particular staff member? She had a bad attitude, made rude facial expressions, and clearly isn’t suited to customer service.

To make it worse, she told me to go bring the food to her to prove the mistake. I’m sorry am I on the clock? Why don’t you come over and look at what you got wrong? Completely unprofessional.

I started going to wings and things when it was in a food truck at the petrol station in Punchbowl. That was quality food. I would often drop whatever I was doing, even if I was in the city, to go grab wings because id crave them. They'd take 20-25 minutes an order, the marinade was delicious and it was always cooked so well. Compared to what it was, this place is now an absolute tragedy. I have experienced the food go so down hill over the last 8 years. Today was the last straw for me, I'll never go again. The chicken is 80% fat, there's barely any flavour and because they now care about speed, the wings are cooked at a high temperature and taste like shit (which is also why they're fatty, they're not cooked long enough to render the fat). Even the chips were crap. It was inedible. I know that won't stop people from going there, but for $35 for burnt wings and cold chips, after a 30 minute wait, can't justify it anymore now that we have better local options. Now in the 30 min wait you're waiting for them to push out the 20 orders before you. Back in food truck days it was so your food was cooked to perfection. Sorry to see it...

I’d probably lean it towards a 3.7 or 3.8 stars but the food is good enough here to bump it up. This place is a nice spot to eat late night to kick back but it does get busy at times so seating can be scarce especially if in larger groups. I’m sure it has been addressed before but they need a screen for tickets as you have someone shouting number orders constantly and the place is already loud itself and it gets annoying. There was a time when I was about to pay and the older lady pointed to the card machine therefore I tapped for payment and she gets angry at me that it was someone else’s order that she punched through. She then had to mentally calculate how much I then owed her and I could see the struggle and frustration. Food here is decent though as we usually enjoy the wings here but the service needs to work on efficiency. There’s also two sinks with paper towels for hand washing which is...
