Well look I’ve had Taco Bell since it’s opened and by far the quality and quantity of the meals have decreased. I remember boss burrito box came with churro and chocolate dip. Now it’s good some stupid cheese nobody asked for… But it’s fine, what isn’t fine is making the taco literally have bread with little amount of meat, salad and sauce and mind you rice and bread are the same… I’ve taken photos of before and after mind you the before had basically 1/4 meat the rest just rice. When approached I was told by a few of them “that’s how we make them now” so it shows that Taco Bell is cutting corners and they blame the consumer. If I’m going to spend $22 I better have a generous amount of meat salad and sauces not cheap out. A lot of fast foods don’t care about drive thru because they think by the time they get home they won’t bother to call or anything. I’m really upset with how Taco Bell is doing their business as well as the low quality staff trained as well as the low quality food they’re beginning to make. Cutting corners for what? So that your staff can make their own burrito with a very generous amount of meat? Doesn’t the meat go off like surely why cut corners. Second and third photo as you can see isn’t half bread rather has fillings. Whoever is running Taco Bell there needs to stop scamming consumers and cutting corners. Would you like it if the roles were reversed? I doubt you will if your son or daughter got food and it’s half just bread that I can get from woolies. Fast food places need to realise that cost of living is going up and scamming and cutting corners will only make them run out of business. You need to win the consumer not scam and take advantage of it.. words for employees and managers to think about. Forgot to mention their tacos are a scam. 80% lettuce, 15% cheese and 5% meat. I ordered a taco with the least amount of meat ever and I showed the employee and he then changed it. Why waste meat and ingredients when you guys should be generous in the first place… we are paying for the food I understand bills etc but that’s not my problem that’s a business problem. You choose food industry you need to take that into account.

The atmosphere at Taco Bell Bungarribee is quite pleasant, with plenty of seating that is comfortable and spacious. The staff were more focused on preparing food quickly than on customer interaction, but their service was still better than what I've experienced at most other fast-food places. I visited on a slower day, so the waiting time was short—around 3-5 minutes, which seemed reasonable. As for the food, while it was fresh and tasty, I found the portion sizes to be much smaller compared to other Taco Bell locations, particularly those in New Zealand. I ordered the Gordita, one of my favorites, but the portioning was about half of what I'm used to. The pricing was fair, but given the smaller portions, it could be improved. Overall, I enjoyed trying Taco Bell in Australia for the first time, but I would probably recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for a more satisfying portion size. Despite this, it was a great experience overall.

guys i know its called taco BELL but having the bell be functional is highly irritating when kids ring it every 3-5 business seconds. I feel bad that youve obviously been forced by some violently deranged higher ups to whoop and cheer every time someone rings that godforsaken bell. really unpleasant dining experience but this is not a meal that id risk eating in my car. food was really really average and not something id bother with again when i could spend almost the exact same money on mad mex which is like, actually quality and tastes a billion times better. only cool things were the wireless chargers built into the tables and the free refills from the soda fountains which isnt all that common in this country. tldr: remove the bell or i will eat it instead bc itd be better than the food

Thought we would try Taco Bell for the first time last night. We ordered through Uber Eats at 6:50pm. After waiting for an hour and a half the driver had to cancel as the store just wasn’t making our order. Ordered again, same thing again, we had to cancel as it was 9:15 and the restaurant STILL hadn’t made the food. At this point it’s getting late and we need dinner as places are starting to close so we head in store to order and pick up ourselves. To say the least the store was a disaster. It seemed that there was one girl at the front and the rest in the kitchen. I could see about 10 Uber eats drivers waiting to pick up orders that just weren’t coming. The girl at the front was quite blunt with them and told them to either wait or cancel the orders. This is not okay, people like us were waiting since 6:50, now being 9:30 and she’s telling drivers to cancel if they want. If your store cannot handle the Uber eats orders then you have a responsibility to TURN UBER EATS OFF, otherwise you’re making customers wait hours and then have nowhere else open when the need to find alternate dinner plans. We were in restaurant waiting for about 45 minutes and hardly any orders were coming out. The front was packed with people waiting mixed with all the frustrated Uber drivers. We were just standing there waiting and watching the restaurant fall apart. The manager was on her phone it seems trying to desperately speak to someone about more staff but this is too little too late. Our order ended up being wrong. Different tacos to what we ordered and you could tell it was just thrown together in a rush. Not a great first time...

DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE and hasn’t gotten better since the beginning. (and I’ve been here many times before)

I ordered in drive-thru a large double crunchwrap boxed meal with pepsi max and instead I got a regular sized meal and a 7up (person didn’t listen - mistake 1.), waited almost 20mins for something that would usually take 10mins at most (watched through the window and saw they only give main focus to über eats etc orders instead of prioritising the drive-thru), then as I was halfway home I checked the bag…the food looked like it was thrown into the bag and chips are well soggy, also missing the beefy (steak) cheesy burrito (mistake 2.)

I drove back 10-15mins to get the missing beefy (steak) cheesy burrito, to wait another further 10mins for it and to not add anything like extra chips, or churros or something at least to make up for their mistake…only got a “sorry about that!” (mistake 3.)

Only just noticed through the reviews and by the looks of it, happening way too often…either management need to shine focus on improving and re-train all staff from the beginning in order to be as good as they used to be or else more people are going to continually rip into you lot for your incompetence. (Spent a similar amount earlier in the week @ GYG and it was a different level, step up your...
