This place used to be great with generous portions of good quality food. I’ve found that the standard has been declining over the past couple of months with our worst experience being last night. We ordered the chicken wings, 2 chicken schnitzels and garlic bread totalling just under $70. The chicken schnitzels were extremely thin (not even half a centimetre thick) and the batter was soggy and overly oily. One came with chips and salad and the other with mash and veg. The serve with mash and veg was significantly smaller than the dish with chips and salad (to compare one plate was half a plate of chips and the other was one tablespoon of mash). The veg also was disappointing being 3 pieces of broccoli and 5-6 slices of carrot. We ended up sending back the plate with mash and veg because it was so disappointing. Staff gave us a refund for that dish but didn’t offer any alternative to the meal so one of us had no dinner. If you want a better quality pub chicken schnitzel for 30% cheaper go to J’s Kitchen down the road, the portions are generous and better cooked than here. Will not be returning again.

Came here for dinner on hump day, didn't feel like cooking. Food was nice well seasoned. Ordered the chicken wings and a full rack of pork ribs to share with my partner. Food came out in a timely manner. The wings were battered and fried, the sauce that came with it was ok, could have been a bit stronger as it was competing with the already seasoned batter. Could have less batter and more chicken especially if you're paying $10 for it. The ribs came out pretty quickly. Surprisingly tender covered in a nice enough bbq sauce. Came with chips which are well seasoned and salad with a simple vinaigrette. Total bill of $50 is on the expensive side for pub grub. Although there were cheaper options.

After finally managing to pop over and try out the food, my only regret is that I didn’t stumble in sooner! Min & the staff are always friendly and helpful, and after pointing me towards the avocado chicken schnitty & chips (Must Try!), I’m now averaging at least one delicious meal here every week. My partner had the T-Bone & loved it too! Fantastic Value for the very generous serving! I plan to slowly make my way through the entire menu.

We recently hosted a birthday celebration at this lovely bistro and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! We had reserved the entire venue (capacity of 40 with ample high chairs), and the team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. I was able to decorate all the tables and even stick photos of the birthday boy around the room – it really added a personal touch and made the space feel so special. We also set up a little kids' corner in the window nooks where we placed party bags – such a cute and cozy spot that worked perfectly. The food was generous and absolutely delicious, and every single guest left with a full belly and a big smile. The staff were wonderfully helpful throughout the event, and the owners went above and beyond with their communication and flexibility. They even allowed us to store our ice cream cakes ahead of time, which made things so much easier. They were great with assisting guests who had dietary restrictions for gluten intolerances and allergies. Highly recommend this bistro for any event – warm atmosphere, amazing team, and top-notch hospitality. Thank you again for helping us create such a memorable...

Beautiful Sunday lunch time would have been enjoyed peacefully if the owner’s two kids weren’t there or at least took care so that their kids weren’t running around, getting on tables and chairs whilst playing noisy. We got our steaks right after asking twice for a rare for myself and blue for my partner’s, but definitely not a place to enjoy. Not the best place to recommend for a proper meal it’s a disrespectful place. An apology for the children running would have been nice. We were one out of only two tables and the three Chinese only men spoke too loud, yeah we get it that it’s a pub, but from a local business perspective, it would be nice to politely excuse the customers when children treat our meal time like...
