Today, I have ordered an iced coffee at the counter and specifically asked the girl if the ice coffee has ice cream in it and she said yes. There was a vacant table which wasn't cleaned and an empty coffee cup was still on the table. The girl at the counter asked me to take that table. ( however, she was nice and friendly). Someone brought me the ice coffee. The iced coffee was only had a bit of Coffee with lots of ice cubes and a cream foam on top. No ice cream in the glass. I told one of the girls that there is no ice cream in the glass and show them the glass but the older woman who was very rude said didn't you ordered iced late?? I said no I ordered ice coffee. I realised they made me wrong coffee... but even though they made a mistake with my order, the older woman behind the coffee machine didn't want to admit her mistake and from distance was keep saying I can see the ice cream in the glass instead of apologising. She was super rude and was throwing angry looks at me. The young girl helping with orders also has no idea about the orders and services. Very untrained.
