The giant mina bakery — Restaurant in Sydney

The owner of this place is such a nice guy. Always so friendly and polite. Acts as if we're old friends and always has a joke. The food is exceptionally yummy.

Food can be good anywhere but it's the staff that will keep you coming back.

Ages ago the owner said the flour or something looked funny so he had to close the store down. Which is a shame but proves that they take care with their ingredients and care for their customers. He could have kept making food but didn't.

SO DELICIOUS!! I ordered a surprise bag today and I cannot believe how much food I was given!!! The bakery makes everything fresh every day. It might seem like there "hard", but they're absolutely as fresh as it gets! A few seconds in the microwave and it was like they came out of the oven. The owners are hard workers who care about the food they serve. I have purchased fresh manoosh from here as it is one of my local bakeries, and I was very happy with the surprise bag I received today.

So we ordered food and we were told that it will be ready in 20 minutes. We went to the shop and we were told that give us another 4 minutes as it will be ready in 4minutes. We waited another 5 minutes and then we were shown a screen and we were asked "Is this your order?' so basically they were starting our order after making us wait for 30 minutes.
