WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MIA! I have been coming to the three swallows for several years, tonight I was in the pub waiting for the waitress Mia!!!! Over 20 minutes to get me a drink she told me that I need to wait then I went up to her saying I need a drink my moths dry and I’m really thirsty can I please get my drink now and she said I have to wait and that she couldn’t get me a drink because she needed to empty all the machines from money and that I have to wait??? Where ever did any customer service place make the customer who was thirsty wait ?? Only MIA!? I waited over 20 minutes for a drink This girl has the worst customer service ever and this is not the first time she has been rude about giving me a drink she should not be working in a customer service place like this then I waited around for another 10 minutes for the manager, and I couldn’t get through to the manager I am disgusted worst customer...

DO NOT order the caesar salad with poached egg. The egg pre-cooked and then frozen because it was only JUST thawed - very cold. The bacon was also cold. Edit: Came here for dinner and one of the workers immediately asks "are you ordering?" which obviously we were but me and my family didn't have a menu so we couldn't yet and just sat down. We sat down and for 5 minutes we expected the menus to at least be on the table or given to us so I actually had to walk up to the worker and ask for the menus. I'm not a telepath, should I already know what I was going to eat? I came here for one thing and that was the brisket and it was a small menu so I wasn't interested in anything else. Imagine the surprise when I find out that brisket is not on the menu anymore despite it being on the menu on google which they haven't taken down yet. Very weird service and this place felt boring so we just left, best to come only...
