Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Place!

I had the worst experience with this cafe. They failed to provide all the food I ordered, and when I called to address the issue, the owner himself answered. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, he claimed he couldn't do anything because he wasn't at the store and told me to drive all the way back just to discuss it in person—without even acknowledging the inconvenience caused.

Only after I asked for an apology did he reluctantly say sorry, which felt completely insincere. While I did eventually get a refund for the missing items, the owner’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting service. Hi, just wanted to share this gem of a cafe in belrose. Looks just renovated, clean, tidy and importantly squeaky clean table and cutlery. Next served by friendly staff and my oat flatwhite and big breakfast were fantastic. There'll definitely be another visit to this cafe.

FOOD is delicious! We chose this cafe as we needed a quick bite to eat. The interior looks warm and inviting. We ordered eggs Benedict, fish taco, smoke salmon bun as they ran out of bagels and a kids burger. We didn’t expect much for furniture supercenter food, my god was I wrong!
